This serves as your reservation for the above dates mentioned. A deposit of 50% of the total apartment vacation rent is due now and will be applied toward the total of your bill, the remaining is due 30 days prior to your arrival. There is no penalty if your reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the cancelation will result in the initial deposit amount of 50% of the total rental fee being charged to your credit card and it is not refundable or transferable at this point.
Since we cannot make exceptions to our cancelation policy, we recommend you take travel insurance in case you need to cancel your reservation at the last moment due to flight complications, weather, injury, or sickness, or any other reason.
This vacation rental agreement is for the stated dates and stated number of people above and the renter agrees to return the vacation rental property in the exact same condition in which the property was originally presented to the renter for the dates agreed. Any and all damages to the vacation rental property will be charged to the renter’s credit card or against a deposit if a deposit was taken or against the renter’s insurance policy. If the reservation dates change or the number of people change, additional fees may apply.
If your arrival is in less than 30 days, the entire rental amount is due now and is not refundable.
This unit is absolutely NON-SMOKING, no smoking is allowed inside the unit.
Check in time is after 3pm on date of arrival and check out time is 12 Noon on date of departure.
